Elevation Rhythm emerged from Elevation Church's vibrant Wednesday night youth gatherings, and is a musical expression led by pastor Steven Furtick. They started as a student ministry worship band and have transformed into a dynamic live force, supporting Lecrae on tour and sharing arena bills with Furtick and their sister collective, Elevation Worship.
This Is The Gospel, their seven-track masterpiece, unlike their emotional previous album Growing Pains, is not just an artistic expression, but a testament of faith. Although Elevation Rhythm may lean towards being sonically more daring to keep up with the ever-changing music trends of today's youth, This Is The Gospel will remain the junction that leads all of their creative endeavors.
The group boasts a revolving reserve of talented songwriters, creatives, and guest artists, who are all unified with their mission to inspire and compose music that resonates with the younger generation that exalts God.
